CPU 319F-3 backup buffer contents inconsistent

While operating CPU went to STOP mode and all leds were flashing. I restart CPU by switching power off and on and looked at diagnostic buffer. The first message in buffer is: Event 64 of 64: Event ID 16# 4580 STOP: backup buffer contents inconsistent (no transition to RUN) Previous operating mode: No voltage Requested operating mode: STOP (own initialization) Internal error, Incoming event 00:00:00.000 1994-01-01 From what i understand CPU checked data on backup buffer, found inconsistency and put CPU in STOP mode. Hi, for event id 16# 4580 there was an improvement made with firmware V3.2.7, in the meantime firmware V3.2.19 is available. Firmware updates for CPU 319F-3 PN/DP (6ES7318-3FL01-0AB0Firmware update V3.2.7 provides the following corrections:
