Dear Sir, Hi and good day, kindly need your team expertise due having some difficulty with PH. Current symptoms, 1) unable perform backup for segment. 2) PH icon showing red with " No connection to Process Historian". -comm ping to other IPC IP address and it's work well. no lost connection. 3) Unexpected error occured connecting to remoting server proxy. Other idea: may it cost by IPC memory RAM or hard disk space? Please share solution with many thanks.
