Hello zakariabachiri, the ASM command switches the CPU to assembler mode. There are several special function blocks in S5. You might read this: s5-s7 conversion 'ASM' command and Special FB's You will find the command in integrated FBs of100U or 115U. In these devices certain FBs were integrated in CPU. These integrated blocks were written in Assembler. But the Head of the block you find in STEP 5 program. If now special FBx is called during runtime of STEP 5 program, command ASM KH 0000 will be found and executed. This makes the CPU jumt to the part with integrated blocks ans switch to Assembler mode. You will find this instruction in all integrated FBs. For translations fromS5 --> S7 you have to exclude these FBs, as they use special features of the CPU used. If these special FBs are not called in Step 5 program, you can forget about them. Otherwise you will have to translate to same functionality. regards |
