FB58 not auto tuned properly !

asdsaad Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Dear friends, Currently, I am working on a project and here is my ordeal, I am trying to control 5 heating zones via CPU312 with FB58 PID Temp. And tried the auto tune tool via DB58 --> Options --> Controller Tuning, every thing up till now seems to be good. But durning the auto tune process I found that the process value readings (real physical input) are not steady (refer to the attached pic), and when I used a register instead of real input it worked normally . Also, put the PID loop on manual and give a manual value to the manipulated value.Check the response of the process if works without fluctuation.In case of fluctuation or any bad response check the mechanical part or consult with the process supervisors. regards
