How do you determine the amount in liters by pulses at an input?

Does anyone have a program that determines the amount of liters through pulses at an input? the logo display must contain two magnitudes, a field to determine the number of pulses programmed to reach the final result, another will be the basis of the value in liters and a last field to show the result of the pulses in liters. I ask for help in this super challenge. thanks

I don't ask for the maximum impulses. I ask what is the value of an impulse. E.g. 1 impulse = 100 ml or 1 impulse = 1 liter.
