How to configure KTP600 Basic Mono HMI as Profinet IO device into a Profinet IO controller

Hello MadhumatiG, the KTP600 Basic Mono is an active device on PN and will initiate connection to PLC by itself. The connection to PLC has to be configured under connections, where you will select your panel and the PLC you want to connect. Therefore you you simply have to assign a unique IP address and connect to PN and it should work. Configuring a panel as a PN slave directly to a IO controller is an exemption, which only relates to some special panels to provide direct keys to PLC. regards |
