How to move data from the Global Library to project?

Can you please guide me to move data from the Global Library to project.?

In addition, I have tried other options as well, in which i could not able to configure Events on exceeding values for the process tag. There is no option available to change connection on exceeding values.  please refer the attached picture, it says that the selected object has no events.
