How to reset factory HMI KTP700 BASIC DP

Now i want to upload or reset factory it but non of them i can't. because when i turn off hmi and again turn it on, in hmi i can't select transfer or settings menu and just start menu appeared. i try to get back up by prosave software but couldn't because prosave can't connect to hmi so again try to reset factory by usb in accordance with https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/af/en/view/109744950 and again i couldn't. what can i do? i want to have back up of this program or write a new program to it but none of them i can't?

Hi AutoGen, It sounds like you may have already tried it, but can you connect via TIA and reset to factory that way? On the right hand menu, properties of the HMI > HMI Device maintenance > Reset to factory settings. With Prosave or TIA it is not possible. only the USB recovery does the real Reset to factory settings. what does not work? Could you describe it or send photos? If the Reset menue does not appear at panel booting, then the USB Stick is not readable for the Panel. The Basic Panels 2nd Gen are a little bit sensitive to some USB Sticks. Try smaller ones with USB 2.0 like some giveaways or similar-> I also habe 2-3 ones that does work with it. You have to try a few Bye Murof
