How to run sinamic dcm with two parameter set

Dear all,

How can i run a single sinamic DCM drive with two parameters set i mean i wanted to use it on two parameter set one on regular supply and another for DG set supply because on DG set some time drive trip on over current so i wanted to set parameter accordingly.....i wanted to place a digital input which switch the parameter to regular supply parameter to DG set configure parameter....is there any facility in sinamic dcm????????

i have sinamic dcm 400A converter...

You can set 2 CDS & DDS i.e. command data set & drive data set independently. So 1 CDS with 1 DDS you can run DCM with electrical grid power supply & 2 CDS & DDS DCM can be run on diesel generator set. But please not, on diesel geneset, if input power supply is not within tolerances, drips will trip.

Regret for delay in reply since I was out of station.

You can set CDS i.e. command data set as - CDS 1 data for electricity grid & CDS 2 for DG set.

4CDS available (p0810)

Bit 0 = 0 & Bit 1 = 0         CDS0

Bit 0 = 1 & Bit 1 = 0         CDS1

Bit 0 = 0 & Bit 1 = 0          CDS2

Likewise set DDS  p0821 for two different data set wherein you can set motor related data set.

Please refer SINAMICS DCM, List Manual, Firmware version 1.5 (based on 5.1 SP1) manual chapter 3.18 Data sets.
