IPC627E Licence issue

we had to reinstall windows on IPC627E , but not from the siemens usb , i had to download it and put it bootable on usb then install it . 

the issue here that IPC shut down randomly regarding to the licence of the windows , is this normal ?

Also, where can i find the part No. of the windows USB including licence cause i can't find it on the mall ?

also , is there a possibility to install different windows rather than the previous installed ?

what I found is that Windows 11 shuts down automatically after a while when the trial period is over.

I guess, best way is to ask you local Siemens representative.

Should be possible as you can configure the IPC to be delivered without operating system.
