Hello akhmadry you can use Edge only in compatibility mode but in this case the Internet Explorer has to be installed also. So in Browser you can only use Webnavigator with installed IE. If you cannot install IE you have to use WinCCViewerRT.exe (own siemens client tool for Webnavigator access). If you want to use a Web solution for every browser you can have a look at the Option WebUX. Which WinCC Version do you use exactly?
