LS704 with EXE602 D/5-F interfacing with SMC30

Gadhaviji Posts: 63 Rating: (2)	Dear All Experts, In our machine,we have scale LS704 with EXE602 D/5-F.We are upgrading the system by Siemens 840Dsl. We are connecting EXE602 output to SMC30 as per attached pin detail. In SMC30 I am configuringTTL linear Encoder. But i am not gatting scale count,it is always remains Zero. mircoaie3 Bronze Member Joined: 10/26/2009 Last visit: 5/28/2024 Posts: 63 Rating: (11)	Make sure to have correctly set the following drive parameters: p400[0 or 1]=9999 => User defined encoder p404[0 or 1]='H101009' => Linear, Track A/B sq-wave, Equidistant zero mark, Voltage level 5 V p405[0 or 1]='HF' => Bipolar, TTL, Track monitoring, Zero pulse: Same as A/B track p407[0 or 1]= example: 4000 => Grid division (in nm)
