I'm using Sinaut MD720-3 modem and "Sinaut Micro SC" OPC server on the PC side to interface with WinCC . I have modified the Siemens example SET 21.” “I have the static IP, the firewall is down for the port. The lights Qin front of module it's blinking, S it's turn on but Cit's turn off. The example MAS21 to use for the test, I have everythings change to the program and no working.” I have tried the connection with notebook by IR link via Nokia mobile phone.“GPRS Sim Card” details from provider :Item 1: User = “aad101” , Password = “aad101”, IP address = “10.112.2.243”, APN = “services.onelinkItem 2: User = “aad102” , Password = “aad102”, IP address = “10.112.2.244”, APN = “services.onelinkPin No. active with password “0000” for both sim. Item 1 for MD720-3, Item 2 for Notebook I also have the router but I don’t know how to set its, which one should be which parameter. Could you tell me how to set? Example detail of the router : also see picture Set21.06IP address 192.168.1.100Subnet 255.255.255.0Gateway 192.168.1.1Prefered DNS server 203.144.207.49 (asianet.co.th) Alternate DNS server 203.144.207.29 Refer to “Set21_DocTech_v3d3_en.pdf” page 43/65 step 5 is ok but not following by step 6Refer to “MN_SINAUT_MicroSC_76.pdf” In 10.Troubleshooting say :The SINAUT MD720-3 does not reach the SINAUT MICRO SCAt picture Set21.04 and Set21.05 are the recommended method from internet provider but their not work. I can only connect the GPRS by setting “extra settings”= none, and dial up by “*99#” with obtain IP address by automatically. Anyone can give me an advice, What could be the point of setting problem? Hi again, where do you live? Is there GPRS available at all? I think they mean not GPRS/Internet but GPRS/WAP, WAP is a little internetLIKE network providerinternal. But it has nothing to do with INTERNET. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wireless_Application_Protocol Check your APN address of your local provider. The APN address indicates the access to GPRS/WAP or GPRS/INTERNET.
Your SIM card won´t "generate" a fix ip address. (Unless you have a special contract with your provider) You will get a dynamic private or puplic ip address. Normaly a private one. This address can´t be pinged from a open internetconnection. Only the MD720-3 to SINAUT Micro SC VPN-like connection enable data transmission. So what you should verify is: --> Is your APN address for WAP or Internet --> Can you access to a Internet page with those simcard in your mobilephone? Regards.... |

Hi, this at commands are not necessary for the SINAUT Micro SC System. Now please insert them into MD 720-3 and adjust the STEP 7-Micro/WIN projects (maybe from MAS 21 ) MAS 21 Have a look to the SINAUT Micro SC description Chapter 5.2 "Functions of the LEDs in OPC-mode" to become a feeling how far you come. SINAUT Micro SC manual Also have a look to the m2mopc.log which indicates any failure in authentification. The file is located per default in C:\Program Files\Siemens\SINAUT MICRO SC. How is your Central Station connected to the Internet? Regards |

Hi; Is this prblem solved? I am testing this device these days. And I have checkeda lot documents. But I never connect to the internet. until I check the configuration of MD720-3. I find the problem. Pls check below: Assigned-IP: Remote-Host:116.232.35. <--miss one byte Destination-Port:2686 <--miss one byte Source-Port:RANDOM Remote-Host2:NONE Destination-Port2:26862 Source-Port2:RANDOM Server-Mode:MSC Server-Line:LL Server-Username:modem <--miss one byte Server-Username2:NONE Dial-Up:GPRS System-Time:203736 Terminal-Mode:DISABLE Firmware-Version:V1.7.7 SIM-Status:SIM_OK Provider: NetID: APN:1,"IP","cmne","0.0.0.0",0,0 <--miss one byte in "cmne" Quality:24 COM-Control:ALWAYS_ON COM-Baudrate:9600 COM-Format:8N1 I have set a byte number in my S7-200 problem. This is follow the doc SYH_SINAUT-MicroSC_76.pdf, at page 38, it said we should write the length of the information at the first byte. it is error. we should add the first byte itself. so it should be 7, not 6. Ichange the seting in my problem. and then test it. it's ok! The SINAUT MICRO SC program display all is ok. and the follow information is the right status in the MD720-3, we can compare it with before. Assigned-IP:10.71.194.67 Remote-Host:116.232.35.8 Destination-Port:26862 Source-Port:RANDOM Remote-Host2:NONE Destination-Port2:26862 Source-Port2:RANDOM Server-Mode:MSC Server-Line:LL Server-Username:modem2 Server-Username2:NONE Dial-Up:GPRS System-Time:380494 Terminal-Mode:DISABLE Firmware-Version:V1.7.7 SIM-Status:SIM_OK Provider: NetID: APN:1,"IP","cmnet","0.0.0.0",0,0 Quality:23 COM-Control:ALWAYS_ON COM-Baudrate:9600 COM-Format:8N1 Now the GPRS connection is OK. and I will test other OPC function later. Luck for you!! AttachmentSYH_SINAUT-MicroSC_76.pdf (292 Downloads) |
