MIS_Viewer application error

Dear experts,

When I press print from MIS-Light after iI have updated trends, I get the following error - Memory could not be read. This does not happen all the time but when it does it crashes Light.

can you tell us which version of PCS 7 and which Windows version you are using?

Hi, The plant uses the following:

PCS7 v5.2

WinNT4

unfortunately you don't find much information here about PCS 7 V5.2 as it is a rather old version.
And I personally have never experienced this behavior myself.

In case nobody else here knows anything about this I would suggest to send a support request to the hotline. If you do so, send them also the dump file of Dr. Watson.

But maybe another user here in the forum knows anything about this behavior?
