Modbus TCP Connection problem - error A100 in S7 as server

Same eroor A100 i am getting in S7 as server using Modbus TCP ... I did each settings like Local Port No: 502 Unit ID =1 Local TSAP ID LEN =2 Rem TSAP ID Len =0 Status showing BUSY =1 , & ENQ_ENR =1 -------------------- splittet from: Modbus TCP Connection problem
