Hello all Before i started the conversion from s5 to s7, i read a lot of interesting stuff, on the forum about conversion. I succeeded but with a lot of warnings and a couple of errors. Some of them i solved, but i'm not sure if my judgement was correct. So i will post here the 3 things i am not sure: 1. The first one is about, the conversion of the block FB 105, i didn't understand it very well, but i presume i could replace it, with SFC 20 "BLKMOV" :JU FB 105 Name :DB->DBTR AN M0.1 ANF :A F 0.1 JC _001 DBQU :C DB 120 CALL "BLKMOV" DBZI :C DB 124 SRCBLK :=P#DB120.DBX2.0 BYTE 118 DWAQ : KF +00001 RET_VAL:=#RetValInt DWAZ : KF +00001 DSTBLK :=P#DB124.DBX2.0 BYTE 118 LAEN : KF +00059 _001: NOP 0 I have also attached the FB105 pdf 2. The second thing is about the scale of analog input, for this one i am sure that is correct, but i will post it anyway // CALL FB250 CALL "FC 105 Scale" // BG :=130 IN :=PIW258 // KNKT:=W#16#3 HI_LIM :=1.000000e+002 // OGR :=100 LO_LIM :=0.000000e+000 // UGR :=0 BIPOLAR:=FALSE // EINZ:=M19.5 RET_VAL:=MW260 // XA :=DBW84 OUT :=MD270 // _FB :=M18.2 L MW 260 // BU :=M18.3 L 0 // TBIT:=M19.2 <>I = "M.FS.18%" L MD 270 TRUNC T MD 274 L MW 276 T DBW 84 3. The last one, was the hardest, it was about communication FB244 & FB 245, and the fact, that the program i choose communicated with 3 PLC (S7 400) - the "received" function in S5 has the "ZLAE : KF -00001" - the joker value from what i read, in s7 i had replace it with ex.: "P#DBxx.DBX0.0 BYTE 200", where byte 200 reprezent the lenght of the DBxx , i whant to know if what i did is correct. I also attached a pdf with the overview from NetPro Thanx Best Regards Daniel I could not attached the individual files, so i had to combine all of them in one pdf file AttachmentS5 to S7.pdf (79 Downloads) |
