Need help comissioning 802D sl + S120

Hello!

I`m starting equipment with 1FG1 motor, PM340 + CUA31 drive and 802D SL CNC. Motor moves linear module REXROTH MLR.
CU_I status is 10, ready, but SERVO unit is status 31. Problem is that I cann`t start SERVO due to p0840 parameter, no matter what I try.
NCK goes to MDA mode and starts with button Start, but "Waiting for drive" message appears, drive doesn`t start. Here is shot of drive status page in attachment. What`s the source of all those signals? How can I trace it to cause?
When I try to enter p0840=1 message appears that parameter is locked due to parameters p0922, p0300 and p0400
Also problem is that S120 doesn`t recognize motor, now its type p0300 = 2 and encoder types p0400[0] and [1]=0 (no encoder). Previous engineer who assembled this equipment has left, and I have no information about its state and history. Maybe, encoder module is broken due to improper cabling, it was routed close to unshielded high-frequency power cables.
For now I don`t need encoder, and try to run it as simulation. Just need to know everithing else is functional. I`m going to replace CUA31 with CUA32 and connect AB incremental encoder instead.

Motor part is SIMOTICS 3~ (1P) 1FG1102-1QD44-4AA2-Z, CNC peripheral module PP72/48 only with DIO.

Yeah, that`s Siemens Simotics planetary geared servo motor, see part in post #1. It`s similar to 1FK motor by characteristics.

Here in attachment are photos of setup and units plates. Now it assembled in test config, only to get deal with computer part, After that it will be mounted in workplace.

I have disassembled encoder part of motor and found that +24V power doesn`t arrive there, due to broken TPS54060. After replacing it, I found activities on 5th pin of EEPROM IC, so MCU should be alive. However, pulses on data lines haven`t changed after that, Looks like control unit unable to communicate with it correctly.

Meanwhile I found that input 1 on Sinumerik X20 connector should drive P0840 signal of infeed drive. I put this signal High but nothing changed. Maybe, it should be properly routed by setting required parameters for CU_I? Input state of X20 and X21 is p0722=11(decimal) = 0xb1011. Macro drive property is p0015=150001

As for me, it looks strange that bit signals have so many significant digits.

Is there a way to dump all parameters` values and machine data so I could put all it here?

Thanks for guides! For a moment I was hoping this simple task could be done without Starter software, just by editing CU_I properties to setup minimal BICO connections.

As for PLC and external IO, it works just fine, I`ve already made program alterations and downloaded it.

My choice of telegram is 116, because any other setting rises error in NC that property is incorrectly set. But I agree, this should be checked with Starter.
