OP032S with MMC103 has not "User agreement" soft key - what to do?

I have 840D NCU 572.5 PCU50. When I power down the machine I always loose the user agreement on The Z axis Alarm 2700 Axis not safely referenced. MD 34210 is 2.

My machine has 9 axis

What could be the reason for this and how can i save the user agreements?

I have the same problem. but OP032S with MMC103 has not "User agreement" soft key. all axis in reference position and it is physically correct. what is solution to confirm it ?
