Hi, i use a pump to suck water from the tank and pump it back into the network .my goal is to keep set point at 25 psi .my question is how to configure the parametre of my PI to let the speed of my pump stable because its going from 250 till 1000. thanks. Attachmentprincipale.zip (369 Downloads) |

I don't understand why you make always a new topic for the same project. control speed peristaltic pum flex pro serie A2VYou have a adjustable pump. You want to a constant pressure by using a PI controller. A PI controller can't give a constant value at his output. The output value depents on the value of the pressure sensor. |
