PCS7 BACKUP ISSUE

Dear experts,

I have a pcs7 system v7.1 sp2 in which 3 user projects and os part. When i try to archive, showing error.

Please read the attached docx file in which i explained the way i try to archive and the error.

Please try at firt the following way.

Open the OS Project of the PCS 7 Project. Close the Project in the WinCC Explorer (File -> Close Project). Close the WinCC Explorer and try to Archiv the Project again.
