PLC connection problem in Node-red

Hi 

I am using node -red to collect some data from Siemens S7-1200 PLC.

1. I have connected the all PLC (3 PLC) through LAN Connection

2.I have done the configuration of PLC IP address in Node-red

3. I can ping the PLC IP address in Putty software. 

4. Also in addition with the LAN cables(from each machine), I've connected to the IOT2020, I can access the PLC online using TIA Portal (which means no problem with LAN cables)

 But in Node-red is shows as FAILURE and i debug area it shows as 

" NO RESPONSE FROM PLC RESTARING COMMUNICATION"

"FAILURE BAD VALUES"

I've attached the screen shot of Node-red. Pls suggest
