Hi Walid, You can find the technical details on redundancy(synchronization) for the AS CPUs and OS Servers via the SIMATIC Process Control System PCS 7 Fault-Tolerant Manual (which you can download here,http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/90682535) As for Access Levels, I think you are referring to User Authorizations (PCS 7 term)... You can read more details about settings for this in the OS Process Control Manual (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/103151477), and always a good read for PCS 7, the Compendium Part A (https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/63187279) You should be able to find your answers and more in these technical manuals.
