problem with apl analoge

We used the analog block monitor

We saw the value of the number in the block input (pv in) in cfc online but in the block output (pv out) the value was zero in hmi I also took a photo to see you.

But after a few hours the problem suddenly resolved.

Please help me

the APL-Faceplates shows to different values. The first faceplate view (standard view) shows the value PV_Out. The second faceplate view (preview) shows the value (PV_In). 
Normaly the MonAnS block copy the input "PV_In" to the output "PV_Out", but there are some cases where the PV_In and PV_Out are different:

1. If the block mode is "Out of Service" the block doesn't refresh the PV_Out.
   
2. If the simulation is active the simulated value (SimPV) is copy to the output PV_Out.
3. The MonAnS block copies the value of "PV_In" to the output "PV_Out" at every call. So if you have a long cycle time of the MonAnS-block the value at PV_In and PV_Out can be different.

 Please guide, maybe this is a bug in Siemens. It is very dangerous to let Siemens know to fix this problem.

I do feel interested to find bug in that block. But it will be good if you can screenshot the block configuration to us first. That block has been tested and proven in use anyway.
