problem with SINUMERIK 810D

bodoo Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello to all. I have problem with SINUMERIK 810D. On the CPU 810DE CCU1 software version 2.4 7-segment display is "b". What does it mean? I have one spare CPU but its CPU 810D CCU3 software version 6.5 . Can i replace it with this one?Will it be fully compatible? What all do i need to restore, when i replace the CPU? Thank you for your answer.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (482)	Hello, It is "6" Dispalyed in the seven segement display "6" indicates healthy state with respect NC(left) & PLC(Right) both are in green status Versions are different in the both 1) CCU1 version is with 02.04.07 and the PLC CPU used here is PLC 314 2) CCU3 version is with 06.05 and the PLC CPU used here is PLC315-2dp Both are different you need to recommision your PLC and then also the NC informations too. Check it out before doing any thing... Regards, Prakash
