Hi All,

Attached is a small program that Id like to do the following:

When switch is pressed, start Output for 10 seconds.

Then pause for 50 seconds, and check if button is still pressed. If so, start Output for 10 seconds.

Then repeat continually.....

Im missing something obvious so could you please point me in the right direction?

You have an edge triggered and block, so you wont be able to check if button is still pressed.

So, if I understood, if the button is held, then every 50 seconds the output should be activated 10 seconds.

What if the button is repeatedly pressed on/off, does each press activate output for 10 seconds, or is the minimum wait time always 50 seconds?

Button held: 10s pulse every 50 seconds

Button released and pushed again during the 10 second pulse: Nothing happens

Button released and pushed again during the 50 second wait: Waiting time resets, 10 second pulse starts

These give me 2 different ways to test with so I will use these to work it out.
