Hello uzunsamet how do you know that Q33.0"ust be used in the project"? Declaration of I/O's in the "Assignment list" is optional and just because Q33.0is listed in it does not neccessarily mean that it is actually used in the program. Having said that, there are also a few other ways to "use" Q33.0without it appearing in the Cross reference list: 1.) Cross reference list is not up to date(use <F11> to update it) 2.) Q 33.0 is used as part of the whole Process Image related output byte or word(e.g. search for QB33 and QW33 or use the I/Q/F list) 3.) Q 33.0 is used as part of the whole peripheral output byte or word (e.g. search forPY33, PW33) 4.) Method2 above in combination indirect addressing is used (unlikely but possible). Just in case you don't have it yet, you'll find more info about addressing and S5 95F in general in the S5-95F Programmable Controller manual. I hope this helps, but if not, please upload your S5 program here for evaluation and further advise. |

Hello again uzunsamet it seems I omitted to mention the following 5th possibilty for usage of these Outputs: They are used as so called "check DQ's" to monitor the sensor lines for short circuits. This seems to be the case in your application and it means that these "check DQ's" are now configured in DB1 and handled by the operating system in combination with FB252 in your program. You can verify by checking the DB1 configuration (ideally done with COM95F, but chapter 9.3 of the previously linked 95F manual explains how to do it "the hard way") and/or the drawings. Have also a look at chapter 4.2.2. of the 95F manual for more on this as well as the COM95F manual. No easy troubleshooting fix I'm afraid , but I hope this helps anyhow. |

you can't dearuzunsametsince the Check DQ's are handled by the operating system and FB252. The explanation below from the previously mentioned chapter 4.2.2. is as good as it gets on this: Method of Operation Sensor Supply for the DIs with Short-Circuit Test |

Hello uzunsamet I'm afraid to say that I am basically unable to give you any further meaningful advise apart from what I suggested earlier (have you checked the wiring by the way, did you use the COM 95F diagnostics functions and if so what did it tell you etc.?), but perhaps others here have more ideas. P.S: Consider too that you may have a faulty 95U, if you have a spareone (or two) it certainly wouldn't hurt trying to replace them asa trial. |
