hello all

I face a similar issue.

Exept the screen froze mid update and now can barely interact with it .

it says on the screen:waiting for connection 

and it's at 0%,i've tried everything to return it back to normal,turn off and on,press the button on the back of the panel ,factory reset from pc,new download project from pc,recreating a new accessible device and assigning it again.

at first the ip was that of the x2 port(192.168.1.2) but now it's all 0s,perhaps as a result of trying to reassign it.

the cable of the X2 port is blinking 2 orange lights(not one green and one orange) and am unable to establish a connection with the PC through it.

when the cable is connected to one of the X1 ports ,it can blink green,and am able to go online with it .but that's it. 

I can't do much else,I can't connect to make an update .
