Siemens s7 200 cn plc program to siemens s7 200 plc

Dear Experts

 I have Siemens S7 200 CN plc (Chinese Version) (6es7 212-1AB23-0XB8) and it is damages. i purchased new plc Siemens S7 200 (6ES7 212-1AB21-0XB0) (Normal PLC).. i know that i have chinese plc and i purchased other plc which is not chinese version. i have backup program which is also in chinese. when i try to download backup program to my new purchased plc it give me "COMPILE ERROR OCCURRED, CHECK NON FATAL ERRORS FOR MORE INFORMATION"..

I change my plc and regional language to china and then again try but same error. i then again change language to english and again try but same error. i actually want to know that is there any difference between CPU 222 CN AND CPU 222. because when i select only system block to download then no error., all ok. i only select data block then again no error. but when i select only program block then same error. is there any change required in program block or  elsewhere. is this addressing issue. please help me out to resolve this issue.. backup program is attached,
