Sinamics G150 drive trips on overcurrent F30001 (cause bin 10)

casey Advanced Member Joined: 1/6/2011 Last visit: 8/13/2025 Posts: 45 Rating: (0)	facing this peculiar problem of tripping at overcurrent when speed reaches 900 rpm approx. The rated speed of motor is 1000 rpm. Otherwise the drive works very normal and fine below this speed. Anybody has any idea what could be the problem?

I suspect, since its detoriated one, motor when suppose to run at full RPM drawing more current than its rated capacity causing trip. If fan rotation is smooth, normal, please check motor IR value. HTH.
