Sinumerik 820 TE lost backup data

We have a machine controlled by a Sinumerik 820 TE, this is Weiler Primus 2 CNC, we lost backup data. Have only TEA1, TEA2, PCA. When downloaded this files, machine up, but without any alarms...

We looking for PLC data file and MPF, SPF... Please help.
