Shpike Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, is it possible to control solar pump using siemens LOGO! AM2 AQ module + PWM function block? Solar pump can be controlled using 10V level 1KHz pwm signal. AM2 AQ module can supply 10V but i am not sure can this analog module "chop" this 10V analog signal to pwm?

Jay. Posts: 1283 Rating: (105)	I think as Ixo suggested, you need to use the Digital output of LOGO for PWM. You just need to verify what is the voltage input for your Pump in the PWM connectors. Then connect the wiring to didhita output and configure the PWM block. Thanks, Jay

And if PWM is used, then only with transistor outputs. Siemens does not provide information about the exact switching frequency of the transistor outputs. However, it is heavily dependent on the cycle time of the program used.
