TIA Portal V16 Problem

Rafal1794 Bronze Member Joined: 8/21/2018 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 91 Rating: (15)	Hi, I get new PC, so I installed all Siemens software that I need, which means SIMATIC Manager V5.7 and TIA Portal from V13 to V16 + Startdrive and PLC-SIM to each version. After installation, I downloaded all Updates and Support Packages avaliable on TIA Updater and TIA Administrator. After that, everything works ok, exepct TIA V16 - when I try to lunch it, I get the messages about differen versions od installed products - message is in attachement. On TIA Updater and TIA Administrator I don't have any other Update avaliable, so what I sholdu do ? Attachment Error.png (11 Downloads)

ElonksuM_SN_BN Regular Member Joined: 5/6/2022 Last visit: 11/15/2024 Posts: 492 Rating: (99)	Hi Rafal1794, In this case it seems as you can see in the message that you have not installed the updates correctly for STEP 7 and WinCC since they must be the same, in your case update 7. My recommendation is that you install this update even if it does not appear in TIA Administrator. You can find it in SIOS. I leave the updates here: "Updates for STEP 7 V16, S7-PLCSIM V16 and WinCC V16" Best regards!
