Hello Hamsammitch, If your back-up is not 100% functional, you may ask the machine/plant developer for help.In the case that is not possible, you should clear problems for each section of your program manually by yourself.You have 2 powerful tools like "program structure" and "Consistency check" to find out which part has problem and from where you should start.I suggest starting creating problematic section from beginning in another S7 program and when blocks are consistent, transfer them to the original project.You also have data saved/structures in "CPU/offline" project to help you to do the job.
The big problem with STEP 7 is , the project is downloaded to CPU without strict consistency checks.You can upload your projects here, if possible, for more tips. I hope this helps, Hamid Hosseini |

hdhosseini Thank you again for your help and advice. I have solved the problem by writing a new program for that section of the code. I illimnated the need to use the UDTs as they were being used in this program. It is bad practice to use them in this manner. I appreciate you time and wisdom. Kind regards, Hammsammitch
