Q.1: The only mentionned requirement for a CPU 414 is the firmware version, Nowhere is a load memory limitation discussed for CiR. Q. 2: The last selected note in the screenshot states that "You can combine any components which are either capable or not capable of system modification via CiR during runtime" in your CPU's hardware configuration. To enable CiR functions on a ET 200M, you need to integrate active bus modules in the system (see the first selection in the screenshot). If you choose to not install active bus modules on certain ET 200M stations, these cannot use the CiR functions, but they will exchange process data with the CPU without problem.
