WebNavigator in PCS7 v 7.1

ashutosh pethkar Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	HI Everyone, I have following issue... I set up WinCC Web Navigator both server and client according to the manual. I want to monitor PCS7 OS via local LAN and when I connect to the main page - start page on the Web Navigator client the project is not active althought it is ok on the OS - Server PC. If I try to connect to any other page everything is ok but then I can not navigate pages like on OS. There are some pictures in attachment ilustrating this... please help urgently.... Do you have any ideas? Does it have something to do with Picture Tree Manager? Attachment WebNavigator.pdf (201 Downloads)

cabreytj Silver Member Joined: 5/18/2006 Last visit: 10/21/2020 Posts: 170 Rating: (64)	For PCS 7 Web Navugator you must setup your navigation via SIMATIC Manager with the Plant Hierarchy. Since you are asking if you might have something to do with the picture tree manager I'm assuming you configured you picture tree/navigation via the picture tree manager. Another clue that you used the picture tree manager vs the SIMATIC Plant Hierarchy is the fact that there are no alarm group display buttons active while there is an active alarm in the alarm online (as shown in your first screen shot of the attached pdf). Try re-doing you picture tree naviagtion via SIMATIC Plant Hierarchy, re-compile the OS, re-publish both the servers and web server graphics/scripts. cabreytj

Frank681 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi I have near the same problem , wi think is a problem of hierarchy but not say where is the setting for get hierarchy for plant ( for web) in the client i have hierarchy for plant. Other think , the webserver in the project refer to a unique client for al client , is possible is the problem ? The pachage is present and updated. Tank's in advantage Best reard's
