Dear all,

Recently I faced one issue in Wincc 7.3 ie. in SCADA screen graphic object is changed automatically during runtime at the time report is not generated, i can't do any operation in SCADA  this issue is happen in so many time ie. once in a week or twice in a week.
if we restart the wincc it came back to normal but after 2 or 3 days it will happen again and again

i have installed wincc upd.10 also but still this issue is came continuously.
installed OS on PC is windows  7 professional 64 bit.

i have done some other project in wincc 7.3 in that this issue is not came.
we have tried all posibility

Is the problem that the tank icon is changing to the pump icon while in run-time? Or is the problem that the status of the pump is not changing on all screens? (Grey to Green color changes)

edit 1: Oh! I zoomed in on the picture and see the issue now. Various objects are changing into the pump icons.

When you look at the properties of the the object are there any BOLD property headings that would indicate dynamic actions? Both on Properties and Actions tab.

Right click the object and select Tag Substitution. This would display any tags that are linked to the object. Maybe there is something in the background was copied from another object during screen creation. If you copied an object with dynamic properties and used it again as a pipe corner but didnt remove the action, it would have carried into this new static object.

Edit 2: if you don't see any dynamic properties, delete the object and create the object again new, not a copy of another object. Maybe there was a glitch when that object was laid down originally.

Hi,

  the problem is tank & pipe line icon change during run time

we have checked but there is no tag Substitution for any tank and pipes it is an simply empty icon

the project was created in wincc 6.2  we have migrated  to wincc 7.3 after that only this issue is happen

in wincc 6.2 this issue is not happen

from my point of view it happen due to migration from wincc 6.2  to 7.3

      there is no error and warning message during migration.

       it shows only migration successfully completed.
