Wincc Unified - cant find "Input finished" event

Dear Experts,

   I am using TIA Portal V17 Wincc Unified panel.

   I want to trigger a bit as soon as i finish entering value from numpad into an Input field.

   In Unified i dint found the option " Input Finished " like in Wincc comfort.

   Is there a way ?

I´m not sure how you have numpad in unified but here is how you can do it from a IO field if that is what you use.

  Thanks for your help ,  But it does not solve my problem completely. 

  If i enter same data again, the script dont run.  It only runs on Change in process value.

  I need to enter daily data and on input finish i set a tag to register timestamp.  Many times my data are same as previous day and hence it does not work.

Is there any other way i can create an event on keybord enter key ?  Im using WinCC unified V17.

that is because "Press key" and "Release key" events are not supported on a Unified Comfort Panel. See Notes on the operation of Unified Comfort Panel.

How easily it is given in comfort panels with the event "Input finish" where as in Unified i dont get any option.

at the moment I can only tell you to be patient. As far as I know, there is a requirement for an event "Input finished" one IO-Fields in WinCC Unified at the development. It is planned to release it within update 1 for V18. I will try to get more information about this.

By the way for now and for all V16 /V17 users , i found a work around.  Its bit complex but works.

Basically There is an option in unified 
Reaction to input --> Accept value after exit 

Keeping this option tick will take value as soon as we exit  the I/O field even without pressing enter key , so first of all keep it untick.  (If wants to enter value only on enter key press )

We can even write script and set tag on "Accept value after exit"  but the script should be triggered carefully , i triggered it with same  "Process tag" (PLC Tag) and it don't work when i enter same value. in I/O field as the PLC tag value remain same , it did not trigger the script.

Hello everyone,

The "Input finished" event is now available in WinCC Unified V18, Update 1. To use it, you need to configure the device as V18.0.0.1. Update 1 is also required for the SIMATIC WinCC Unified PC Runtime. If you are using a WinCC Unified Comfort Panel, the update should be available from mid-April.

I have already verified the functionality and posted a small example at 'Input finished IO field doesn't work'. Please do not be confused by the title, it works!
