Hi, It seems you have broken cable/encoder, it is your encoder thats at fault, your drives not recieving it's signal some how.... hope this helps. |

hi Kindly check encoder cable with some other drive if that drive show some fault cable is faulty , else you need to replace the encoder. Regards Nitin Dangwal |
