About Siemens simovert p inverter’s problem.

Recently, I met two simovert p inverter’s problems

1.      One inverter, when it operates in low speed(10Hz) and the motor has no load, the motor vibrates, and the R S T three phase current is unbalance. R and S phase current is about 50A, and the T phase current is 70A. When the inverter operates in higher speed(20~60Hz) and with no load, the motor current is balance.

2.      Another inverter when it operates in higher speed(45~60HZ) and the motor has full load, the inverter strip, fault message is “12:line fault” or DC BUS Voltage is low or over current. When I measured the DC BUS voltage, it is about 607V, this inverter’s problem only happen when inverter operates in higher speed(45~60HZ) and with full load, when it operates with no load and the speed(0~60HZ), it is ok.

Something similar happens to me on my simovert P. I haven't taken any medicines yet, but at minimum speed the motor vibrates and if I increase the speed a little it continues to vibrate. The simodrives does not give any error message. You were able to solve your problem.
