pid regulation Impuls heater...

vinise Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	hy, I would like to know what's the best way to make a good temp. regulation with a heater witch i can only turn it on and off... so i have to make a good pulse train to get the good temperature. I've looked on pid_compact but i only get a percentage of heat is there any thing to do what i want? Thanks

My sugestions: 1 - Use PID_Compact with option of digital output. 2 - Use PID_Compact with PWM generator (see TIP Sample program: PID Lean PWM generator for standard IO /tf/WW/en/Posts/42960#top) 3 -As varianto of open suggestions, you can use a self made PID (see TIP Sample program: PID Lean /tf/WW/en/Posts/45886#top)

I do the auto tune with step7... load it on the project . save the project, and upload the project on the cpu when i do that everithing is working... and the pid is perfect. But if i turn the power off and on again... everything is working on the cpu exept... the pid. WHY?? i use a pid_compact and pwm_gen.... is it a problem of memory or the ob is not starting? thanks
