Today, the machine stopped, during the diagnostics it turned out the following - the BASP, SI1, SI2 indicators are lit on the CPU, the RUN and STOP indicators are not lit. Tried doing a hard reset, didn't help. We've had similar issues with this CPU before, but then the STOP light was on or blinking. What other actions can be taken? Thank you. I don't understand why the CPU doesn't go into stop/run over time or after a hard reset procedure. We found a used CPU and tried to install it, but nothing changed. The only thing is, we don't know if the CPU we found is working.

If so, then read the control bits and the IStack and take screenshots of them. Then upload the screenshots as a ZIP file. Maybe then we can help you.

If nothing is connected to the connector, then nothing changes. BASP lights up, SI1 and SI2 too, but Stop and Run do not. When I switch to the Online mode in STEP 5, the program displays a PC timeout message. We found two used CPUs and the same story with them. Only, as I said, we do not know if these used CPUs are working.

We tried in different ways - we rearranged the microcircuits between all our CPUs, swapped the boards. The actions were fruitless. As a result, I noticed that the CPU board has, well, probably, a tuning capacitor (I'm not strong in the elementary base, but it seems to be it). Unfortunately I can't attach a photo at the moment, but he's the only one there. I rotated it 180 degrees clockwise with the cpu on. And the cpu worked! The stop indicator started flashing, we inserted a eeprom into it, did a full reset and it switched in Run!
