Hello, this FAQ may help you: How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? But you don`t post a screenshot of your problem at the OS-update sadly. Wich error do you get there? best regards. |

Because you are working with SP1, you have to do a downgrade of panel, using ProSave Software. |

No, that is not necessary. If WinCCflex2008SP1 is installed with the associated ProSave, The actual FW that you find on your harddisk is allready the FW that is good for your panel. Just doengrade and everything is fine. I do it a lot of times with different Panels, each time successfull. |

The idea is was that member to understand where is the problem and then to follow Sandman link.... |
