Bosshard Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello evrybody I speak in french. Nous avons des problemes avec une cpu 6ES7 4142XJ010AB0. En faite la cpu c'est mise en stop et toutes les LED sur la Facade allumee...FRCE CRST STOP INTF EXTF etc etc.Impossible de faire un RESET avec la clef.On a receptionne une carte d'occasion d'unfournisseur et c'est le meme probleme mais sur une autre machine.Avec trois CPU sur trois machines differentes le meme ^probleme Ci joint le diagnostique de la CPU

We have problems with a CPU6ES7 414-2XJ01-0AB0. Actually the CPU went to STOP and all the LEDs on the front are lit up...FRCE CRST STOP INTFEXTF etc... It is not possible to reset it through the key. We have received a refurbished module from a reseller but we have the same problem but on another machine. With three CPUs on three different machines the same problem appears. Attached is the diagnostics of the CPU Hello Bosshard; Please attach the CPU disgnostics once more, iot is missing from your previous post. So this problem is very particoulus.I never see this... I send back the CPU for repair..They testing for two days..no problem..We recoser the CPU in the machine and after 2 hours all LED's ware RED...again. After an alll over reset we reload the programm..the machine working well for vew houers and then...again STOP ... Attachment CPU.zip (298 Downloads)

Bosshard Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello Thank's but I think that's not the power supply nor the Rack.Because the same problem has happened on other machines with the same Kind of CPU. However with the new type of CPU expl.414-2XG04-0AB0 we havent had any probhlems on the same machine.

I'm thinking about some serious EMC problems or unstable main power supply with short power drops. If all is installed by the rules i think you should go for a support request Regards, Marcjan
