1 shaft and 2 Motor

My PLC is S7-1500

Servo drive is V90 PN

1 shaft and 2 Motor.

<Motor1 >====shaft====<Motor2>

When rotating the shaft, motor 1 rotates in the forward direction and motor 2 rotates in the reverse direction.

When I first commissioned, I controlled the speed of motor 1 and motor 2 respectively.

(TO_SpeedAxis)

Only one motor worked. and good running (motor 1, motor 2)

Is there a problem?

Just only "Gearin"?

2 Motor change "TO_SynchronousAxis" ?

What you have there is called load sharing. Basically the idea behind is to have one motor in speed or positioning control mode while the other one in torque mode and keep the load divided among them. From technology point of view both drives constitute only one axis. I don't know if with V90 it's possible.

jacek d is correct. You need to share the load amongst both drives. Otherwise they will eventually work against each other.

V90 supports telegram 750. You could use MC_TorqueAdditive to add the delta of your master motor torque setpoint to your slave motor.

MC_TorqueAdditive.Value := <Master>.StatusTorqueData.ActualTorque - <Slave>.StatusTorqueData.ActualTorque;

you need load sharing. You can use additional telegram 750 for every V90.

Then it is possible to compare the actual torquevalue of the TO's.

Master is in position control, slave is in speed control mode.

Depending on the difference slave get an additional speed setpoint.

(mastertorque - slavetorque) * factor = additional speedsetpoint

You can add the speedsetpoint directly in post servo and write in the telegram of the slave.
