Hello Luay Khoury may I suggest youstart with some basic "Process of elimination" procedureanddo/check the following: 1.)Download theOperator Panel OP25 manual and have specifically a look at chapter 10 & 12 (commissioning and operating mode). Note too that must NOT compress the S5 while the OP is connected! 2.)Download the corresponding HMI Communication manual and follow the AS511 commissioning procedure and checks for the OP25 as described in chapter 3.2. 3.) See chapter 10.2.1 of the HMI communication manual for the info about the all important DW 64 in the TDOP DB (these are the "bits" that you were asking about). I hope this helps and let us know what you find |

Dear sure thank you very much for your respond I chicked the manuals that you advice me about and i found that the problem maybe in DB0 and DB1 but i dont know how to fix and the line that i read is Data blocks 0 and 1 contain information which is important for starting up and monitoring communication and for transferring PLC jobs. |

Hello Luay Khoury What makes you think that DB0 and/or 1 may be the problem? DB0 is reserved for the operating in the 115U (there's nothing for you to do or "fix" in it). DB1 may be used to set up/configure some system parameters in a 115U(e.g. SINEC L1 interface, cyclic interrupt call rates etc.) but is NOT used for the AS511 OP connection parameterisation. As such, allow me tosuggest youignore DB0 and 1 and instead go through chapters of the manuals that I mentioned before. |
