1200 downloading problem

MINKU Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	hello i have 1214c dc/dc/rly v1.0 ,first time i am going to make connection of plc with my system but it gives an error message on download screen "test and commissioning function active- modules with active test and commissioning function can prevent the load function" what i have to do to download my programs please help

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 15389 Rating: (2443)	Minku, With the limited amount of information available, it sounds as if you may have connected to the plc using the "online access" function in the portal software and then tried to download to the plc. As the first poster replied with the link, it is best to be sure and be offline and not using any online/diagnostic functions in order to performthe download. Please post your results.

MINKU Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	hello and thanks for your suggestions 1-I have STEP7 ProfessionalV11 SP2 of TIA PORTAL. 2- There are no diagnostic function used in the program. 3- I used only the "download" function of the software , i did'nt use "online access, error occuredwhen i usedthe "download" function,error screen shot is attatched here. 4-If i want to reset the memory of CPU 1214c v1.0before downloading/online what should i do for it because there is no selector switch on the cpu so that i can manually reset the memory, because i think so that there are someprograms in the memory of cpu due to whicherror has occur andprevents downloading. MINKU Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	hello to all My problem is solved, i just perform a memory rest and reset to factory settings by using "goonline function" inonline and diagnostics, it works. Now i can download my programs there is no problem. but then to give me your reply for this problem i am unable to understand that problem.
