317 software programming system error

i program a fc use scl.when cpu running ,the SF LED of cpu317 lighting.the information can see my attachment.can someone tell me whicharea is the "2/6" means of "ID of incorrect area"?

I think the reason is not the parameter.When i cut the list for calculate average,only one "FOR I:= 1 TO 600 BY 1 DO

IT OCCURE the problerm as same as Previous.
Today i pra\ogramed use STL,it's OK.But I have an othercomplicate calculate ,i think it use SCL better.What can i do?
