3RW4446-6BC44 unreachable after power reset

Hello everybody

I have a softstarter 3RW4446-6BC44 with a profinet module 3RW4900-0NC00 which connected to a 314C-2 PLC. The softstarter was working fine until we changed it few weeks ago with same type 3RW4446-6BC44 and we kept the profinet module the same.

Now, each time there is a power failure, the softstarter will no come back online to the network. it stays unracheable. Then I need to go onsite to solve the problem. Last week I went there and I changed the IP address and I assinged the name again as I thought this is could be the problem. however, now its again unracheable after the client powered off the system for maintenance.

I tried remote reset through the reset DI input but it didnt help.

Does anyone knows what is the matter here?

fyi: We have a second one at same unit and it works fine. both softstarters have same parameters.

Page 6 (in any language, they are all numbered the same) shows the procedure to save the settings on the Profinet comm module, once the address and name have been set up. 

Do you go through this operation when you reset the comm module parameters?

I spoke with Siemens and they told that I have to replace the communication module because the module version that I installed E01 have problems and Siemens replace it for free.
