3ug4625 relay short circuit alarm

cuongaz80 Member Joined: 3/18/2015 Last visit: 8/7/2024 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Now we face this problem with 3ug4625 , some time it display short circuit alarm on ELR 3ug4 and trip MCCB ,but we sure wiring not short circuit . i had change the new 3ug4 and ZCT and wiring but can not fit the problem Now we want to disable protect funtion short circuit alarm . Can you help me to do this . Thanks

The 3UL23 Transformer connecting cables must be twisted and not routed in parallel to live cables to protect from emitted interference. Keep the length of the connecting cables to a minimum.The resistance at the transformer connecting cable must not exceed 5Ωto ensure correct fault current monitoring. mcmedd Member Joined: 3/31/2016 Last visit: 5/13/2024 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, Yes, I did everything mentioned on the Product manual and advised By SIRIUS, but without succes!! My relay is a 3UG4625 and the CT is 3UL2303-1A. On the CT is mentioned "Kn40A/80ma". Can it be that the CT is confused by the type of load? The load behind this feed are three motors with Variable Speed Drives mounted on the motor it self. At the moment the motors run, I get the "Short-Circuit" trip on the 3UG4625 display.
