400 series PLC claiming to be on S7 V5.5 SP5

AugustJeanDuarte Joined: 12/27/2023 Last visit: 9/27/2024 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello All Hope all is well, Needing help, Im using S7 V5.5 SP4, However i need to modify a program that is using a 414-3 PN/DP that is claiming to use s7 v5.5 SP5 (See attached). Its read only at the moment because i dont have the HW-Upgrade neccesary Unable to install the required HSP(See attached). Anyone experience this before? can you assist me in getting through this? In this case, as indicated in the product release, starting with Step 7 V5.5 you could use this CPU: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/es/view/44395761/en To do this you must install HSP 262, which is the one you are trying to install. I would recommend updating to the latest hotfix in Step 7: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/109963660 and then install the hotfix. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/23183356 have a nice day.

I have since installed the hotfix as mentioned, But still have the issue Attached is image showing hotfix was installed Any other direction you can assume? Thanks!
